The former school at the "Holzmarkt" is sited next to the pedestrian precinct ... moreThe former school at the "Holzmarkt" in Aschersleben was bought by our costumer after the political change in Germany, and was then redeveloped and repaired by our A-REAL office, Rheinberg, fulfilling the requirements for listed buildings. For this project the core of the building was removed and a slightly transparent new building was added. The redevelopment of the front and the attic are underway. Completion in December 2002. Construction cost is approx. € 2 million.
