Construction of a residential and office building and demolition of a listed building. The building sited on Hauptstr.38 was bought by customer in 1996. The fabric of the building turned out to be in decay. Unfortunately the house had to be torn down and a new building was needed. Meanwhile, an attractive residential and office building has been erected on the site. It´s simple architecture fits well into the cityscape. Construction cost is approx. € 700.000
