Our job: Rebuilding and expansion of the shopping mall"Gerber Platz" stimulating the property, which is directly linked to the city centre. The already existing shops were linked together by creating an illuminated mallspace. The expansion of the shops and the parking space, the two glass lifts, which connect the different levels of the mall and a new staircase, turned the building into an up-to-date shopping mall in line with market conditions. Construction cost is approx. € 1,79 million. Our customer entrusted P.A.R.A.D. with the administration, technical support, letting, controlling and the central management. The project can be watched via webcam.
