Our customer bought the building Luisenplatz 4, next to the entrance of the palace"Sanssouci", sited on one of the most beautiful squares in Potsdam in 1995.After two architects in co-operation with the building control department failed to develop a plan that required the demands of building under a preservation order, we are proud to say that we were able to fulfil the great demands of our customer and authority for listed buildings. A combination of modern architecture and the typical"Lenné-architecture" shows the dominating corner house in a new and different light. Inside the building resides the well known gastronomic business"Wiener Café". The exterior invites everyone to sit down in summertime and enjoy the fantastic location. Construction cost is approx. € 1,3 Mio.
