Dresden-Radebeul: city of wine and Karl May´s adopted place of residence. Our customer bought this building in 1992. A-REAL converted the building, which formerly accommodated the renowned hotel "Kulmbacher Hof" into a modern service and doctors practice. The repair of the listed front and the erection of a new building behind it which contains operation theatres, a clinic and treatment rooms were a special challenge. Construction cost: € 3 million.
