At A-REAL estate GmbH main activities are planning, development, administration and also trade with real estate of different kind and for different use.
We focus on new buildings, reconstruction and redevelopment of trading and industrial property and also on repair of buildings under a preservation law or buildings that are located in redevelopment areas.
To realise the projects we include well-known engineering firms in planning and construction. We offer our services also in connection with our own projects, but mostly for third parties.
